At ADBioplastics, we follow a strict quality control protocol aimed at ensuring the best results in the manufacturing of our ADBio PLA+ additive and PLA-Premium bioplastic.
Our chemical plant manager and her team of industrial scaling technicians are responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality requirements.
The quality control system focuses on determining and ensuring the integrity of both ADBio PLA+ and the bioplastics, with each of our biomaterials undergoing its own quality control process. ADBio PLA+ is analyzed using GPC, MFI, and moisture content to ensure its chemical properties and thus its function within the polymer matrix. Our bioplastics undergo MFI and moisture analysis, a control that ensures the final integrity of the biomaterial.
Our goal is to enable our products to replace traditional petroleum-derived plastics used in the food, cosmetics, textile, 3D printing, construction, medical, agricultural, and consumer goods sectors.
Currently, we are implementing the necessary internal procedures to obtain ISO 9001 certification, an international standard based on process management and control requirements. Because beyond complying with legislation, at ADBioplastics, we strive for excellence. We have the "OK Compost Industrial" certification granted by TÜV Austria, which guarantees that the product decomposes within a maximum of six months under industrial conditions, converting into CO2, fertilizer, and water. To achieve this, we have followed these procedures:
