At ADBioplastics, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer – CTO to lead our R&D department developing and implementing projects for the synthesis of polymers and block copolymers.

Description:	Posing, developing, and implementing projects for the synthesis of polymers and block copolymers. Optimize the processes taking into account the performance of this and the purity of the products obtained for the industrial scaling phase.
Main tasks:	Quality control of the products obtained Characterization of these and generation of technical sheets of the new products developed Detection of possible deviations in the production process for their correction Coordination of the stages of the production process from receipt of materials to delivery as a finished product Direction, leadership, and motivation of the work team in charge Organization of the pilot plant for the synthesis of copolymers Support the commercial department and after-sales service Preparation of reports, both written and oral presentations Holding national and international conferences on our development in R&D
Responsibilities:	Provide support, based on solid experience in the processes of synthesis of copolymers based on polylactic acid or other molecules, both on a laboratory scale and as a pilot plant Research, evaluation, and implementation of new synthesis and purification routes
